All of the air that enters a vehicle passes through the cabin air filter, so keeping it clean is crutial to maintaining high air quality.

Unfortunately, most cabin air filters are rated at MERV 8.  This rating means that typical cabin air filters can not filter common allergens, mold, pollution, etc.
