Leak and Mold Prevention Services

ssAuto leaks are actually very common.  There are several common leaks that combine to make up 90% of all leaks.  The most common leak is caused by clogged sunroof drain tubes.  Worn rubber door and trunk seals are also common sources of leaks.  If these common leak sources are properly maintained, they will not leak. Thus preventing costly mold problems.

In order to help car owners to avoid costly mold problems (in health and monetarily), we have decided to offer a leak and mold prevention service.

We have based this service on nine years of performing Auto Mold Remediation services and finding and fixing over 1,400 leaks.

This service includes: cleaning the sunroof drain tubes and the sunroof gutter, inspecting the door and trunk rubber seals.  Applying a rubber conditioner to the seals, and repairing torn seals.  If seals are beyond repair, the cost of replacement is the responsibility of the customer.  We also clean the cowl, and door and trunk jambs.  

We also inspect other common leak sources.  We provide a twelve month warranty against leaks within our inspection check list.  If a leak does occur, we will fix it and perform remediation services at no cost if necessary.  

Cost of this service is $120 for all vehicles
